    Went in to get a few parts and was somewhat ok with the price and asked if the employee could go get the parts for me to have a look before committing to the purchase (as anyone would before spending $300 of USED parts) and was told "are you going to buy them? I'm not going to go get the parts if you just want to look at them" - Lazy staff.

    Im also sure that NOT everyone who goes to get parts for their car is an absolute expert, service would be improved by guiding 'non-expert' customers with some guidance and assistance instead of treating them as if completely stupid.
