- Rose Cottone Added May 07, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I’ve recently been into this branch a couple of times and both times it has been a shocking experience- the queue was out the main doors, and only one teller was operating!
the self serve machines only had one of three available - a very unhappy group of people there and one gentleman was voicing his decision to change to the banks next door - a good idea I’m thinking - ii Brett Added May 04, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lined up for half an hour with one teller, only to be told we can't open an account for our son without an appointment. Went to Karrinyup branch and was served promptly. Lift your game.

You go to create a account and they say they send the papers off when in fact they don't and they need more details and they don't notify you don't bother with the hassle go to another bank.
- Emilio Evenlighten Added April 22, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆50 minutes waiting on the phone before deciding to go into the branch where at best there are 4 staff actually working in the whole building only to be told there process is so behind the times that they can't do a simple transaction between accounts and I would have to go back home, do it on a desktop computer because their APP is so garbage it won't let you do it there.

Very bad customer service, some of the people at the line can't stand for this long time but nobody is caring
